This is a voluntary advanced learning opportunity - classes will be held every other week on Tuesday from 5:05pm to 6:05pm.
There will be a number of guest speakers and a wide range of topics covered throughout the course. To graduate the program you will need to attend a minimum of 15 out of 20 sessions. If you miss a session, recordings will be available on Youtube. If you have taken the course in the past and want to catch the sessions you missed, or just redo the course as a refresher you are welcome to sign up.
This course is voluntary and will take place during your personal time - you must be clocked out to participate.
Graduating the program does not guarantee any leadership role but does provide you a strong foundation of knowledge and tools to use and practice daily to build your skillset so when the opportunity arises you are considerably more prepared and more likely to succeed.
This program will begin on July 1st, 2025.
